We only collect information strictly essential for authenticating user accounts, processing digital orders, generating valid software licenses, and sending transaction confirmations:
- Account Credentials: Full name, email address, and encrypted authentication tokens managed by Supabase Auth.
- Contact Information: Phone/WhatsApp number provided during checkout to dispatch automated delivery confirmations.
- Creator Payout Details: UPI IDs and bank account details required to transfer seller earnings.
2. Payment Gateway Security
CodeSeller does NOT store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or netbanking passwords on our servers. All financial transactions are processed directly by RBI-regulated payment gateways (UPI Gateway, Razorpay, Cashfree) under 256-bit TLS encryption.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is used solely to:
- Grant access to your private download vault in Customer Downloads.
- Authenticate license keys when scripts make domain verification calls.
- Send automated order receipts and status updates via WhatsApp (WAPI).
- Prevent fraudulent credit card chargebacks and software piracy.
4. Zero Data Selling & Ad Trackers
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party ad networks, marketing brokers, or data aggregators. CodeSeller operates on a clean marketplace model supported solely by transparent software sales.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Under Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) standards, you may request permanent deletion of your profile, purchase records, and creator account at any time by emailing privacy@codeseller.in.
