2. Software Commercial Licensing

When you purchase source code, templates, or scripts on CodeSeller:

• Single End Product License: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial license to customize, deploy, and host the software for your personal project or for one single client end product.
• Strict Prohibition on Redistribution: You may NOT sub-license, resell, redistribute, or share the raw source code on public repositories, warez forums, or competing marketplaces under any circumstances.
• License Key Verification: Certain scripts require automated license key validation via our remote API (/api/license/verify) to unlock full administrative features on your live domain.

3. Author Submissions & Code Quality

Creators and developers submitting scripts to the platform warrant that:

• They own 100% of the copyright or possess legitimate open-source distribution rights for all included components.
• The source code is completely free of malicious backdoors, cryptocurrency miners, trojans, or unauthorized telemetry.
• They agree to provide reasonable technical support and bug fixes to verified buyers for a minimum of 6 months from purchase.

4. Payments, Escrow & Payouts

All marketplace orders are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through automated payment gateways (UPI Gateway, Razorpay, or Cashfree). Platform commission rates (8% to 25% depending on author tier) are deducted automatically upon successful settlement.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform and scripts are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding suitability for a specific commercial venture. In no event shall CodeSeller.in or its creators be liable for lost profits, server downtime, or incidental data damages.
